Fried rice

Fried rice is known as common Asian cuisine especially for Chinese. It is made from steamed rice with various ingredients such as meat, vegetables and eggs. It usually consists of basic and typical ingredients and can be cooked with the left-overs from other dishes.


There are many types of fried rice in the world: Nasi goreng from Indonesia and Malaysia, Paella from Spain and Pilaf from Greek.
