Pho

Pho is a vietnamese style dish. It is made up of a rice noodle soup which is usually served with beef. Usually, it is also served with herbs such as spring onions, chilli, lemon and bean sprouts. Traditionally, the beef in the soup is raw and you are meant to wait until it cooks in the soup before eating. If beef isn't your thing, it can also be served with chicken.

There are many vietnamese restaurants in Sydney that serve Pho. Some of the best areas include:

Bankstown
Flemington - Khai's Restaurant & Shop to the left of BBQ store
Burwood - Anh Dao - 193 Burwood Road
Parramatta - Pho's Pasteur
